Bulacan PPO prepares for 3rd SONA of PBBM

The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) is fully prepared to take part in ensuring peace, order, and public safety during the third State of the Nation Adress (SONA) of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" R. Marcos Jr.'s at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Batasan Hills, Quezon City, on July 22.

Police Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, stated that a total of 359 Bulacan PPO personnel are ready for deployment during the national event.

Intensified checkpoint operations will be conducted throughout the province, particularly along major thoroughfares, to prevent any untoward incidents during the occasion.

Additionally, police will be deployed at border control points and toll gates.

The Bulacan PNP, in collaboration with various government agencies and local stakeholders, has meticulously planned and organized a comprehensive range of security measures for the event.

Furthermore, the Bulacan police force has been reminded to observe "maximum tolerance" and respect everyone's right to peaceful assembly and freedom of expression without compromising the security measures in place.
