PDEA arrests 3 foreigners, seizes P3.4-M worth of shabu in Pampanga buy-bust

Government anti-narcotics operatives confiscated around P3.4 million worth of shabu on Monday night, July 1, following the arrest of three Chinese nationals during a buy-bust in Angeles City, Pampanga.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Pampanga Provincial Office said that Bin Da, 23, Hei Xiao, 21, and Gua Xiao, 20 were collared at around 10:50 p.m. in Barangay Balibago.
Aside from the 500 grams of shabu, the PDEA operatives also seized seven assorted touch screen cellular phones, two car keys and the marked money used by the undercover agent in the operation.
The suspects face charges for violation of Section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) in relation to Section 26B (conspiracy to sell drugs) of Republic Act (RA) 9165, or the “The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.”
