2 wanted NPA rebels fall in Quezon

GENERAL NAKAR, Quezon – Police apprehended two wanted members of the New People’s Army in Sitio Masanga, Barangay Canaway, this town, on Monday, afternoon, July 1.

The suspects were identified as Ka Darwin, 30, and Ka Patse, 26.

They are wanted for murder with a warrant issued by Judge Raymund Joseph Morales Soroñgon, acting presiding judge, Regional Trial Court, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 65, Infanta, Quezon dated February 23, 2023.

No bail was recommended for their temporary freedom. 

The suspects were members of Platun Julian, Komiteng Larangang Gerilya (KLG)-Narciso under Sub-Regional Military Area 4-A of the Southern Tagalog Regional Party Committee (STPRC) and ranked fifth most wanted persons on the regional level.
