She was arrested in an entrapment operation inside a bank in Barangay 4.
The suspect allegedly stole her employer’s red Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) in Pangasinan on July 6 and sold the vehicle to a resident here for P900,000.
However, when the buyer verified the vehicle's documents with the Quezon-HPG, the vehicle was reported stolen by the Urdaneta City police and the Pangasinan HPG.
With the buyer's help, the HPG set up an entrapment operation. The suspect was arrested while collecting the remaining balance for the SUV.
She faces cases for violating the Anti-Fencing Law of 1979, estafa (fraud), and carnapping.
