The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Friday, July 19, said the P157 million Super Lotto 6/49 winning ticket in the July 18 draw was bought at a lotto outlet in Digos City, Davao Del Sur.
Only one player correctly guessed the winning numbers, 41-33-31-24-37-49, in the Thursday draw.
Because the jackpot prize exceeded P10,000, PSCO said it would be subject to a 20 percent tax deduction under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion or TRAIN Law.
If the jackpot prize remains unclaimed one year after the draw date, it will be forfeited and will go to the PCSO Charity Fund, as stated under Republic Act 1169 or the PCSO Charter.
The Mega Lotto draw is held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
