Eating out is about more than just food; it's an experience that engages all the senses. A prime example is driving to Tagaytay for a meal. The scenic drive, cool mountain air, and anticipation of a steaming bowl of Bulalo all enhance the dining experience, creating lasting memories.

On July 12, 13, 20, and 21, 2024, the Tagaytay Food and Wine Festival will showcase the city's culinary scene. This coming July 20, at 4 p.m., Chef Sau del Rosario will host a sunset session at Luxe at 180 Degrees. For P4500 per person, guests will enjoy a Truffle and Caviar dinner prepared by world-class chefs Oliver Buenviaje, John Buenaventura, and Sau del Rosario.
The festival will conclude with the Heritage Buffet on July 21 at 11:30 a.m. at the Veranda Restaurant, Taal Vista Hotel. For P2200, guests can savor heritage dishes crafted by Chef Jayme Natividad and chefs Jayjay and Rhea SyCip.

The Creative Bulalo Challenge, in collaboration with the Tagaytay City Tourism Council, will feature local restaurants competing to present innovative takes on Bulalo. This event will culminate in September 2024 at Tagaytay Picnic Grove.

The Tagaytay Food and Wine Festival celebrates the city's transformation from a scenic retreat to a culinary hotspot. The region’s geography and climate have shaped its vibrant dining scene, attracting visitors eager to explore its culinary offerings. The festival also fosters collaboration among chefs, driving innovation and enriching Tagaytay's food culture.
