2 teenage brothers arrested for shabu, illegal firearm in Taguig
The police arrested two teenage brothers after they were found in alleged possession of shabu and an illegal firearm in Taguig on July 17.
They were nabbed at their residence on Bagong Silang Street in Barangay Tuktukan after the implementation of a search warrant by operatives from the Taguig Police’s Intelligence Section.

According to the police, the arrested suspects were alias John, 18, and alias Daryl, 19. .
The search warrant was issued by Vice Executive Judge Bernard Pineda Bernal of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 70.
During the operation, the police seized 22 grams of shabu valued at P149,600 and a .38-caliber revolver with six pieces of live ammunition.
The suspects are now facing a complaint for violations of Republic Act 9165 (illegal possession of dangerous drugs) and Republic Act 10591 (illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition).
