Solaire Resort North, the second integrated resort and casino of billionaire Enrique K. Razon Jr.’s Bloomberry Resorts Corporation, is enjoying strong patronage of its food and beverage outlets just weeks after its opening.
In an interview, Solaire Communications and Public Relations Director Joy Wassmer said the new resort is seeing high foot traffic for its restaurants which consist of outlets offering buffets, fine dining, and even a food court.
“We hope to see more people in the gaming floor but, for now, its mostly F&B. We take it day to day to see how the market will adapt to what we have. So far, the hotels and food and beverage look very promising.
“All the restaurants are doing very well. They’re fully operational. That’s what people come here for...So people in the area really enjoy dining, going out. Because even the food court is packed,” she noted.
She said that, aside from residents of Quezon City, Solaire North is targeting other areas in the north of Metro Manila including Caloocan, Manila, Bulacan, and all way to Pampanga and Bagiuo.
Wassmer pointed out that Solaire North is the first five-star hotel in Quezon City.
Standing on 1.5 hectares, Solaire Resort North takes advantage of verticality and towers at 38-storeys high.
The resort remains true to treating space as a luxury. Its 526 keys consist of deluxe guest rooms ranging from 42 to 49 square meters, while suites are between 89 and 382 square meters.
Apart from its accommodations, Solaire Resort North boasts an outdoor L-shaped swimming pool with cabañas and an extensive wellness center that offers an array of treatment options in the spa.
One key highlight of the property is its upscale events venues which can fit approximately 1,300 guests with concert-style seating and can be partitioned to become three equally impressive halls.
The size and flexibility of the pillarless grand ballroom allows for both grandiose and more personal events.
