Korean actress Shin Min-a and actor Kim Young-dae will be starring in Prime Video’s Korean romantic comedy series “No Gain No Love.”
Prime Video announced that “No Gain No Love” will premiere on Aug. 26 in the Philippines and in more than 240 countries and territories.
The series, a zero-sum rom-com about gains and losses in love, will also star Lee Sang-yi and Han Ji-hyeon.

Shin Min-a starred in the hit dramas “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” and “Our Blues” while Kim Young-dae starred in “Moon in the Day.”
Returning two years after her last drama, “Our Blues,” Shin Min-a is back with a modern and relatable heroine.
Through “No Gain No Love,” Shin Min-a would introduce fans to her new bold side in addition to her usual lovely charm.
In the series, she will play the role of Son Hae-yeong, who has encountered loss after loss when it comes to family, love, or work.
In order to change her luck, she ends up seeking a fake wedding with her neighborhood convenience store employee, Kim Ji-uk (Kim Young-dae) to avoid missing out on a promotion.
Kim Ji-uk is known for being a model neighborhood citizen and works night shifts at a convenience store. A local hero who can not ignore others in need, he agreed to Hae-yeong’s ridiculous proposal to be her fake groom for her fake wedding.
In addition, “No Gain No Love” features second lead actors Lee Sang-yi as third-generation chaebol Bok Gyu-hyun who is the CEO of the company where Hae-yeong works and Han Ji-hyeon who plays Nam Ja-yeon, a popular R-rated web novel writer and Hae-yeong's family-like friend and roommate.
Director Kim Jung-sik (“Strong Woman Kang Nam-soon,” “Work Later, Drink Now”) will be directing the series written by Kim Hye-young (“Her Private Life”).
Prime Video customers can watch new episodes of “No Gain No Love” weekly, on Mondays and Tuesdays, starting Aug. 26.
