Three persons were arrested by members of the Pasay City police in separate operations conducted against wanted persons on Friday, July 12.
Col. Samuel Pabonita, Pasay City police chief, identified the suspects as alias Cyrus, ranked as No. 5 wanted persons under station level; alias Rey and alias Bryan.
Pabonita said suspect, alias Cyrus, was arrested at around 4p.m. for anti-carnapping along Primero De Mayo, Pasay City.
He said Cyrus was a arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Remiebel U. Mondia of Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 118 on June 6, 2024 with recommended bail of P300,000.
The city police chief said, Bryan who was charged with attempted murder, was arrested along Putohan Street, Barangay 46, Zone 6, Pasay City at around 4:30 p.m.
Bryan was arrested by virtue of warrant issued by Judge Rowena Nieves A. Tan of Pasay RTC Branch 118 on June 3, 2024 for service of sentence.
Meanwhile, members of the Pasay City police Substation 9 arrested alias Rey at around 11:00 p.m. at Grandwing Newport Boulevard, Barangay 183, Pasay City.
The suspect was arrested for frustrated murder issued by Judge Bibiano G. Colasito, of Pasay RTC Branch 119 in July 30, 2018 with recommended bail of P200,000.
