ENHYPEN’s ‘Romance : Untold’ album sells 1.88 million copies on first day of release

K-pop boy band ENHYPEN’s second studio album “Romance: Untold” sold 1.88 million copies on the first day of release. 

“Romance: Untold” was released on July 12 about the story of seven boys who vow to protect their love at all costs. 

According to Korea’s Hanteo music chart, “Romance: Untold” sold a total of 1,883,143 copies on the first day of release on July 12.

This surpassed the first day sales of 1,383,292 copies for their previous album “Orange Blood,” which was released last November. 

The first day sales of “Romance: Untold” also surpassed the first week sales of 1,871,269 copies for “Orange Blood.”

During ENHYPEN’s media showcase for the new album, it was announced that “Romance: Untold” garnered pre-orders of over 2.2 million. 

Meanwhile, the music video for the main track “XO (Only If You Say Yes)” has accumulated a total of 11.6 million views on YouTube in 21.5 hours since its release on July 12.
