Suspect steals P300K worth of gadgets from Alfonso, Cavite shop

CAVITE – An unidentified suspect stole some P300,000 worth of cellphones and other gadgets from a store in Alfonso on Tuesday, July 9.

An initial report from the Alfonso Municipal Police Station stated that the suspect destroyed the padlock on the shop’s roll-up door at 3:25 a.m. on Tuesday and carted away 37 cell phones of various brands, two laptops, and a tablet.

The store manager reported the incident to the police after discovering the theft a few hours later.

Authorities are still investigating the case.
