The Metropolitan Theater in Manila was filled with enchanting music from well-known Korean dramas on June 29.
The first-of-its-kind "OST Symphony: K-drama in Concert" featuring the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra (PPO) was organized by the Korean Cultural Center (KCC) Philippines in collaboration with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP).

Joining the PPO as performers were Korean singer Gaho, first violinist Kim Mi-jung, Julie Anne San Jose and Zephanie Dimaranan.
Gracing the event were Korean Ambassador to the Philippines Lee Sang-hwa, NCCA Deputy Executive Director for Operations Bernan Joseph Corpuz, CCP president Kaye Tinga, Austrian Ambassador Johann Brieger, Department of Foreign Affairs’ Multilateral Affairs and International Economic Relations Usec. Charles Jose, and DFA Asian and Pacific Affairs Asec. Aileen Mendiola-Rau.
The songs that were performed were from Korean dramas including “Itaewon Class,” “Jewel in the Palace,” “Squid Game,” “Love in the Moonlight,” “Descendants of the Sun,” “Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” “Crash Landing on You,” and “The World of the Married.”
