In a statement, the non-profit organization headed by RFM Foods Corp.’s Joey Concepcion said volunteer Go Negosyo mentors, said the event was conducted at The Event Center of SM City Pampanga on Saturday, June 8.
“During 3M on Wheels, active and aspiring entrepreneurs receive one-on-one entrepreneurship mentoring by volunteer Go Negosyo mentors comprising veteran entrepreneurs and executives,” it said.
“Lucky attendees are also given free copies of Go Negosyo’s ‘Eight Success Tips for Small Businesses’,” the statement added.
Concepcion welcomed the attendees via video message and he encouraged them to keep powering the engines of the Philippine economy.
The event also saw Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Teresa David-Carlos speaking for the business community there, while content creator William Reyes of Baked by Will “gave pointers to the attendees on how to become their own brand influencers.”
Mylyn Pineda-Cayabyab, executive assistant to the governor of Pampanga, also delivered Pampanga’s message of support for the event.
Aside from MSME attendees, senior high school students also attended the event as they have become the new mentees for Go Negosyo programs, particularly through the Youthpreneur, which is being conducted with the Department of Education (DepEd).
3M on Wheels is a Go Negosyo program that provides free one-on-one coaching for active and aspiring entrepreneurs, as well as financing and market opportunities for beneficiaries.
Consistent with Go Negosyo’s mission to promote entrepreneurship among Filipinos, 3M on Wheels builds upon the three M’s—Mentorship, Money, and Market—for successful entrepreneurship.
According to Go Negosyo, “the event was inspired by the growing number of Filipinos turning to entrepreneurship and fills the learning gap in the entrepreneurial journey of active and aspiring entrepreneurs.“
