CamSur mayor visits Pasay City for benchmarking activities

Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano welcomed Garchitorena, Camarines Sur Mayor Leda S. San Luis and her team during their visit on Thursday, June 6, for benchmarking activities.

Rubiano said San Luis and other Garchitorena local government officials visited Pasay to observe the programs of the city government that they can replicate to better serve their constituents.

Particularly, San Luis wanted to learn Pasay City's best practices that make it earn the Seal of Good Local Governance.

“We bring to you the world-renowned warmth and hospitality of the Travel City, the Gateway to Metro Manila, and the future first smart and sustainable EcoCity. In hopes that you find our brand of leadership, governance, and public service as inspiring examples to integrate into yours. After all, when it comes to serving our constituents, inspiration is everywhere, and it will definitely jumpstart more advocacies and projects geared towards thd betterment of our people. Like what we say here in Pasay, our utmost goal is to elevate our people's lives, "iangat ang antas ng buhay ng bawat isa,” Rubiano said.

Rubiano expressed hope that the good practices of the city government identified by the Garchitorena, Camarines Sur government will help them improve more and render better services to their constituents.
