Parañaque's public hospital to hold one-week surgical mission

Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez announced that Ospital ng Parañaque-1 (OsPar-1) will hold a one-week surgical mission on June 24 to 30.

It will be conducted by members of the Medici Omnes Duciens Fraternitas Et Sororitas in memory of late OsPar-1 medical director, Dr. Jefferson Pagsisihan.

He said the group will conduct a series of surgical missions to help city residents in need of medical services.

The mayor said cataract pre-screening will be conducted on June 24 and surgery will be scheduled the next day, June 25 and 26.

Olivarez said the group will also give dental services on June 27 and will conduct gynecologic surgery on June 27 to 28.

He said the group will conduct general surgery on June 29 and 30.

The mayor said residents who are in need of medical services may coordinate with the OPD-Public Health Unit of OsPar-1 for details and questions on the surgical mission.
