Mechanics:

1. This promo is valid until June 30, 2024.

2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the Philippines.

3. Participants must download and register on the Hotel101 Global App via Android GooglePlay or Apple AppStore during the promotion period, complete the registration process, and input their mailing address to receive one entry into the raffle.

4. This promotion is only applicable to new users. Hotel101 Global reserves the right to verify if a user is unique based on their registered full name. Only one email can be registered per user in the app. Winners can only win once.

5. Entries will be automatically recorded in the Hotel101 Global App database. The winning registered participant must maintain the registration on the App at least until the draw date to qualify as a valid entry.

6. Entries will be extracted and raffled via randomizer on July 1, 2024, at 10/F Tower 1 DoubleDragon Plaza, DD Meridian Park, Cor. Macapagal Blvd., EDSA Extension, Pasay City at 3 pm in the presence of a DTI representative.

7. Winners and Prize: 10 Lucky winners will be chosen. Each validated winner shall be awarded one unit of iPhone 15 128GB.

8. Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.

9. Winners will be posted on Hotel101 Global social media account. Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the draw, via post and/or email address provided at the time of the app registration. Winners must respond within 48 hours from time the emailed notice is successfully sent and the post mail is successfully delivered by Hotel101 Global to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture without need of further notice, and an alternate winner will be selected from a pre-determined backup list of 20 names using the same randomization process.

10. Winners may claim their prizes at 10/F Tower 1 DoubleDragon Plaza, DD Meridian Park, Cor. Macapagal Blvd., EDSA Extension, Pasay City. To claim their prizes, winners MUST present the following:

At least two valid government IDs (with address in the Philippines, photograph, and signature)
Notification of winners will be through registered mail/SMS/e-mail from Hotel101 Global to the registered contact details

11. If claiming is through an authorized representative, the representative must present at least two valid government IDs, the duly signed sworn special power of attorney from the winner, at least two valid government IDs of the winner, and official notification (mail/SMS/email) from Hotel101 Global.

12. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days from the date of the response to the emailed notice of Hotel101 Global. Failure to claim within the given period shall allow Hotel 101 Global to forfeit the prize with prior approval of DTI.

13. If the winner is not from Metro Manila, Hotel101 Global will ship the parcel containing the prize via courier. The winner shall provide their mailing address via email within the 60 day waiting period.

14. All decisions made by Hotel101 Global with the concurrence of DTI shall be final and irrevocable.

15. All employees of Hotel101 Global and Double Dragon Corporation and its subsidiaries, their immediate family members, and any directly involved in organizing the Promotion are ineligible to participate.
