Parañaque gov’t awards cash gifts to 2 centenarians

The Parañaque City government awarded the cash gifts to two centenarians on Monday, June 3 for reaching the age of 100 years.

The awarding of P100,000 to the two centenarians was held at the Parañaque City Hall grounds after the regular flag-raising ceremony.

Mayor Eric Olivarez identified the two centenarians as Laly Perez of Barangay BF Homes and Arturo Peckson of Barangay San Martin de Porres.

Olivarez was joined by Congressman Edwin Olivarez in awarding the P100,000 to the relatives of the two centenarians.

He said Reynaldo Lesbo, a resident of Barangay San Isidro, was awarded with a walking cane with the help of the Persons with Disability Affair Office under the supervision of Dr. Sabad De Guzman III.
