Buy-bust in Batangas nets P1.7-M shabu

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna â€“ Authorities nabbed five suspected drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Mataas na Lupa, Lipa City, Batangas, on Monday afternoon, June 3.

The suspects were identified as Rocky Golloso, 34; Julius Devilla, 24; Ruvelen Abella 49; Jerlyn Lagrama, 21, and a minor.

Seized from them were 255 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P1.7 million and the buy-bust money.

The suspects were considered high-value individuals in the illegal drugs trade.

The operation was conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and Lipa City Police Station.

The suspects face drug-related charges.
