Real estate developer SMDC held the event “Monetize Your Investment with SMDC Good Stays” at Lush Residences in Makati City on June 22, 2024. Led by SMDC Vice-President for Project Development and Head of Makati Projects, Sandro Vicente Javier, the event also featured keynote speaker and property guru Carl Dy, as well as SMDC Senior Assistant Vice-President for Project Development and Head of SMDC Good Stays, Sharon May Marcial.

The event aimed to educate property owners on maximizing rental income through the comprehensive packages and offerings of SMDC Good Stays.

Good Stays, the official residential and tenancy management arm of SMDC, provides unit owners with professional maintenance services and hassle-free opportunities to monetize their investments. Its comprehensive property management services encompass a range of essential functions designed to ensure a seamless and satisfying rental experience, including tenant sourcing and screening, tenant support, key safekeeping services, payment assistance, and maintenance and repair services.

The program offers luxurious furnishing packages from partner SM affiliates such as SM Home, Our Home, SM Appliance Center, and ACE Hardware. These move-in packages simplify the process for tenants and ensure that units are ready for immediate leasing. Each package includes essential furnishings and appliances such as beds, sofas, dining sets, refrigerators, and air conditioners.
