The city’s public information office said students who graduated cum laude received P5,000, while those who graduated magna cum laude received P10,000, and summa cum laude graduates received P15,000.

Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan congratulates students for demonstrating their hard work and determination in completing their studies.

Asahan niyo na ang pagdating ng magagandang bagay sa inyong buhay (Not only did you show intelligence, but also resourcefulness, hard work, and courage to achieve what you want in life. Expect that great things will come your way),” he said.

I am not trying to scare you because I have great confidence in your abilities). This is more of a challenge for you to always do the right thing even when facing the harsh realities of life,” he added.

The mayor also vowed that his administration will support the students after they finish their studies.

Our projects for you will continue, especially when you start looking for a job and building your own families),” Malapitan said.
