P1.2-M shabu seized in Batangas City drug sting

CAMP MIGUEL MALVAR, Batangas City – Police seized shabu worth P1.2 million and arrested a 45-year-old lady drug pusher in a buy-bust operation here on Thursday night, June 27.

The Batangas Police Provincial Office (BPPO) identified the suspect as Bunny, a high-value individual in the city police drug watchlist.

Recovered from the suspect were suspected shabu weighing 175 grams worth P1.2 million and the buy-bust money.

The suspect faces drug-related charges.

“The Batangas PPO remains steadfast in its commitment to dismantle drug networks and bring perpetrators to justice,” said Police Col. Jacinto Malinao Jr., Batangas police director.
