Search warrant leads to arrest, seizure of shabu in Muntinlupa

The police arrested a man and confiscated suspected shabu during the implementation of a search warrant in Muntinlupa on June 26. 

The Muntinlupa Police’s Station Drug Enforcement Unit implemented a search warrant  issued by Executive Judge Myra Quiambao of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court.

The subject of the search warrant, alias Totoy, 36, was arrested in Barangay Bayanan during the operation. 

The police also confiscated 10 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 50 grams with a value of P340,000, and a cell phone. 

A formal complaint for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) will be filed against the suspect with the Muntinlupa City Prosecutor's Office.
