Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said the Department of Surgery of the city's lone public hospital will offer free circumcision to boys aged 10 years old and above from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. .
Rubiano said the hospital will not accept walk-ins and those interested may register at https://forms.gle/mNJ87AEppHnACsf36 and fill up the consent form for the procedure.
She said the patients should be accompanied by their parents or guardians, have valid IDs of the child and the parents or guardians. If the child is being accompanies by a guardian, an authorization letter duly signed by the parents must be presented.
The mayor said the hospital will only accept 100 patients with no urinary problem, no metal problem like ADHD or autism, and the child is ready for the circumcision procedure.
Rubiano added the patient may go back to the hospital's out-patient department after two weeks for a follow-up checkup.
