P2.7 million worth of illegal drugs seized in SPD's weeklong operations

The Southern Police District (SPD) said some P2.7 million worth of illegal drugs were confiscated in a series of operations in the southern part of Metro Manila.
SPD director Police Brig. Gen. Leon Victor Rosete said that from June 19 to 25, the SPD conducted 44 operations in the southern part of Metro Manila, leading to the apprehension of 58 individuals and confiscation of 404.79 grams of shabu and 3.6 grams of marijuana worth P2,753,004.00.
