Cordillera police net 18 wanted persons

CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – Police arrested 18 wanted individuals in the Cordillera region from June 16 to 22.

The Benguet Police Provincial Office nabbed seven, followed by the Baguio City Police Office with five, Ifugao PPO and Mountain Province PPO with two each, and Abra PPO and Kalinga PPO with one each. 

Fifty-nine municipalities in the region were crime-free during the week – 24 in Abra, nine each in Benguet and Mountain Province, eight in Ifugao, five in Apayao, and four in Kalinga.

In Baguio City, Police Stations 1, 4, 5, and 9 also recorded zero crime incidents.

PRO-CAR Director Police Brig. Gen. David Peredo Jr. commended operatives for their achievements.
