PRO-13 fetes 13 outstanding personnel

CAMP COL. RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – Thirteen personnel of the Police Regional Office-13 were awarded for their achievements during a ceremony in this camp on Monday, June 24.

The PRO-13 led by Police Brig. Gen. Alan M. Nazarro conferred the Medalya ng Kagalingan to Agusan del Sur police chief Police Col. Yahya B. Yusup, Lt. Col. Gauvin T. Guanzon, Lt. Col. Bonifacio C. Estrella Jr., Major Aldrin C. Salinas, Capt. Kenneth Dawn R. Balgos, Executive Master Sgt. Rodelo B. Arellano, Chief Master Sgt. Orlando M. Albano, and Master Sergeants Dexter R. Montes, Gilrey S. Montecalvo, and Donald P. Barrios for a successful marijuana eradication operation in Barangay Kasapa 2, La Paz, Agusan del Sur on May 22, 2024.

Senior Master Sgt. Jimmy T. Oblianda and Staff Sgt. Jenny Belle Cuizon received the Medalya ng Papuri for responding to the complaints of vendors at Guingona Park, Barangay Urduja, Butuan City on April 24, 2024.

Non-Uniformed Personnel Crisanto C. Pamilgan received a Medalya ng Papuri for serving seven years as liaison of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division of the PRO-13.

Nazarro lauded the awardees for their exemplary accomplishments.

He hoped that their achievements would inspire the rest of the Caraga police to do more good deeds.

“Remember, in all we do, do not miss any opportunity to do good things for the people,” said Nazarro. “We can influence the public, so let us use it to make a difference and be a leading example of a law-abiding citizen.”
