'Our Lady of Piat' to be taken to Sto Domingo church in QC

The Our Lady of Piat will be brought to the Santo Domingo Church on Quezon Avenue in Quezon City on July 6, 2024, after a fiesta mass officiated by Fr. Steve Simangan at 9 a.m.

The feast day of the Our Lady of Piat will be celebrated on July 2, 2024, at the Basilica Minore of Piat in Cagayan province . However, for the past 54 years, it has been the tradition that the pastoral image of the Our Lady of Piat is always brought to Santo Domingo Church on the first Saturday after the actual feast day.

The fiesta mass at the Santo Domingo Church on July 6 is sponsored by the Devotees of Nuestra Señora de Piat Foundation, headed by retired foundation president retired police general Edgar B. Aglipay. 

The image of Our Lady of Piat will be at the Santo Domingo Church from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on July 6.
