Thousands of members and supporters of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA+) community, advocates and allies proudly raised their rainbow flags in the third Pride Festival held at the Quezon City Memorial Circle (QCMC) on Saturday, June 22, in line with the Pride Month celebration.

The event, dubbed “LoveLaban2Everyone,” was organized by various LGBTQIA+ groups in coordination with the Quezon City local government.
It started with three major activities: Graduation rites, a Food and Art Expo, and a Pride March. It also included the Pride program, Pride Market, and Pride Night.

The festival featured booths for its programs and services such as QCID registration, free Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Hepa-B tests, Right to Care card registration, the Kilo/s Kyusi Shop, different health consultations, and free condoms and lubricants.

Meanwhile, participants of the parade marched along different routes.
At 3 p.m. onwards, some participants walked from Tomas Morato-Eugenio Lopez Drive to Timog Avenue, going to Quezon Avenue, then to Elliptical Road (QMC).
Marchers from Quezon City Hall walked from Kalayaan Avenue going to Matalino St., then to East Avenue and Elliptical Road (QMC) also at 3:30 p.m. onwards.
Participants were members of various LGBTQIA+ communities, allies, non-government organizations (NGOs), and volunteers.

Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, along with Department of Justice Usec. Margarita Gutierrez, Representative Dr. Ellie Juan, city officials, representatives from various embassies and Pride PH led the Pride March.
The Pride Festival advocated for everyone's rights live and love, regardless of their Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Gender Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC). The event also emphasized the urgent need for a national law to protect individuals with diverse SOGIESC.
The city government called for equality and the enactment of the #SOGIEEqualityBill during the celebration.
