More than P360,000 worth of shabu seized in Pasay anti-illegal drugs op

A 19-year-old man was arrested by members of the Pasay City Maricaban Police Substation during the conduct of “Oplan Galugad” on Friday, June 21.

Pasay City Police chief Col. Samuel Pabonita said the suspect was identified as "Eboy," a resident of Barangay 179, Maricaban, Pasay City.

Pabonita said the suspect was arrested at around 6:30 p.m. at the corner of Saint Augustine and Saint Rita Streets in Barangay 178, Maricaban, Pasay City.

Police recovered from Eboy 53.41 grams of shabu placed inside 64 plastic sachets amounting to P363,188.

The city police chief said Eboy was immediately brought to the police headquarters for detention and was charged with illegal possession of drugs.
