Las Piñas mobile laboratory to go around the city to give free medical services

Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the city’s mobile laboratory will start to go around 20 communities to give free medical laboratory services.

Aguilar said the “Las Piñas Lab on Wheels” manned by members of the City Health Office (CHO) will go around the communities to give free medical services like chest X-ray, ECG, fasting blood sugar, and cholesterol tests.

She said the deployment of the mobile laboratory aims to bring free quality medical services closer to the city residents. 

"Inilalapit namin ang magagandang serbisyong ito para sa mga Las Piñeros upang tulungan kayo na maibsan ang mga pasaning pampinansiyal sa pagpapasuri sa laboratoryo sa mga pribadong klinika at ospital," (We bring medical services closer to residents to help them lessen the burden of paying for laboratory examinations in private clinics or hospitals), Aguilar said.

 Las Piñas Vice-Mayor April Aguilar said the “Las Piñas Lab on Wheels” program of the city government is also part of their “Tuloy ang Tapat at Progresibong Serbisyo” for the Las Piñeros.

 "Patuloy po naming pinaprayoridad ang inyong kalusugan at kapakanan upang tiyak na malusog din ang ating komunidad," (Health of the city residents is our priority to also ensure the well-being of the community), said the vice-mayor.
