Isuzu launches the 2024 D-Max

A more rugged yet high tech contender

Isuzu has just taken the wraps off the 2024 D-Max pickup, the most advanced version of the pickup truck yet with improved off-road capabilities, enhanced safety features, and state-of-the-art tech. The Philippines is just the third ASEAN country so far to welcome the new D-Max, receiving the new model well ahead of most of the region.

The updated pickup gets a more aggressive look, headlined by a new grille, redesigned LED headlights with new signature daytime running lights, and more rugged design all around. It gets new alloy wheel designs, a redesigned tailgate, and new LED taillights. 

Inside the new D-Max sports a new instrument panel with a digital display that can show a variety of information on higher-grade variants along with  more luxurious interior upholstery. The 4x4 versions also display the selected 4WD mode and which axles are activated and being driven.

Propelling the 2024 D-Max is the tested 3.0L 4JJ3-TCX and 1.9L RZ4E turbo-diesel engines. The 3.0-liter produces 190-PS with 450-Nm of torque while the 1.9-liter produces 150-PS and 350-Nm of torque. Both engines will likely be paired with a 6-speed automatic or manual gearbox. RWD and 4WD versions will be offered with the 3.0-liter version. 

Best of all, the 2024 Isuzu D-Max is on display and available for test drive from June 21-23, 2024 at Block 20, at the SM Mall of Asia Complex.

The D-MAX has long been celebrated for its durability, reliability, and fuel efficiency. With the latest enhancements, expectations are high for this new edition. IPC is confident that the 2024 D-MAX will not only meet but exceed market expectations, reinforcing its strong presence in the pick-up segment.

Besides the display at SM Mall of Asia, the 2024 Isuzu D-Max is now available at all Isuzu showrooms. Those interested in reserving one can contact their preferred Isuzu dealership.
