CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – Police caught 27 wanted individuals in the Cordillera region from June 14 to 20.
The Police Regional Office-Cordillera Administrative Region said the Benguet Police Provincial Office (PPO) arrested nine, the Baguio City Police Office, six; Mountain Province PPO, five; Kalinga PPO, three; Ifugao PPO, two, and the Abra PPO and Apayao PPO with one each.

Three were most wanted persons on the provincial level.
Police recorded zero crime incidents in 57 out of 76 municipalities in the region.
No crimes were reported in 22 municipalities of Abra, 10 in Ifugao, nine in Mountain Province, six in Benguet PPO, and five in Apayao and Kalinga.
In Baguio City, the Naguilian, Camdas, Loakan, Legarda, Aurora Hill, and Irisan Police Stations had zero crime incidents.
Police said there was a significant 58.33 percent decrease in the Peace and Order Indicator (POI) and a 1.47 percent decrease in the average weekly crime rate in the region compared to the same period last year.
The PRO-CAR had a 75 percent Crime Clearance Efficiency and 65 percent Crime Solution Efficiency. These, the PRO-CAR said, underscored the dedicated efforts of law enforcement in crime prevention and resolution.
