PUP tops June 2024 architect licensure exam — PRC


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday June 19, announced that the Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Sta. Mesa topped the June 2024 Architect Licensure Examination (ALE).

According to Commission Resolution No. 1814, series of 2024, the June 2024 Architecture Licensure Examination (ALE) results highlighted four universities with 50 or more examinees and at least an 80 percent passing rate.

The top performers are PUP with 93.33 percent; University of Santo Tomas with 88.82 percent; University of San Carlos with 85.29 percent; and De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde with 83.64 percent.

The PRC announced that 2,094 out of 3,370 examinees passed the June 2024 ALE.

Louie Nathaniel Pascual Kiu from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde emerged as the top scorer with an 83.80 percent rating.

The examination, held on June 11 and 13, was facilitated by the Board of Architecture in testing centers across Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
