SMDC tops-off Glade Residences in Jaro, Iloilo

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) celebrated another milestone by topping-off Glade Residences, the latest addition to Iloilo City’s skyline.

The event, held on June 11, 2024, marked the completion of the structural component of Building A of the project.

“We are thrilled to reach this milestone in the construction of Glade Residences. This project represents SMDC’s commitment to providing quality homes that cater to the evolving needs of our buyers,” SMDC stated.

The company added, “We look forward to making Glade Residences a valuable addition to the Jaro community, offering a modern and convenient lifestyle to its residents.”

Glade Residences features 11 mid-rise condominiums tailored for those seeking a refreshed community for their growing families.

This gated community also aims to provide hotel-like experiences to its residents with resort-type amenities, including a swimming pool, function area, children’s zone, multi-purpose hall, covered court, linear parks, green links, and more.

The property offers three unit types: studio end, one-bedroom, and flexi, ranging from 23 sqm to 28.52 sqm, with views overlooking the Iloilo Strait.
