2 drug peddlers arrested in Parañaque City with P340K shabu

Two drug suspects were arrested after they yielded P340,000 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation conducted by members of the ParaÃ±aque City police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) on Friday, June 14.

The Southern Police District (SPD) said the arrested suspects were identified as alias Rona, 33; and alias Aeron,17, the subject of the buy-bust operation.

The SPD said the suspects were arrested at around 4:30 a.m. in Barangay Sun Valley, ParaÃ±aque City.

The police said SDEU operatives were able to confiscate from the suspects 50 grams of shabu placed inside six plastic sachets worth P340,000.

Also confiscated from the suspects were one genuine P1000 bill which was used as the buy-bust money, six counterfeit P1,000 bills, one black coin purse, and one RedMi cellular Phone.

Alias Rona was detained at the police custodial facility while Aeron was brought to the Bahay Pag-asa following their arrest and were charged for illegal possession of drugs.
