300 individuals avail of 'Libreng Tuli' in Las Piñas

More than 300 individuals availed of the “Libreng Tuli” (free circumcision) program offered by the city government of Las Piñas last Wednesday, June 5.

Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the free circumcision was held at the Mayor Nene Aguilar DRRMO Building in Barangay Talon Dos.

Aguilar said the City Health Office (CHO) under the supervision of Dr. Julie Gonzalez will provide free circumcision to the second and third batch of beneficiaries on June 11 and 15.

She said Vice-Mayor April Aguilar personally supervised the activity.

Aguilar said the CHO ensured the provision of necessary medications for post-circumcision care, including antibiotics, pain relievers, and vitamins, to facilitate a smooth recovery for the participants.

She said residents interested in gettingh the services are encouraged to visit their respective barangay health centers for pre-screening and registration.
