Actors Richard Gutierrez and Barbie Imperial are exclusively dating.

This was revealed by popular entertainment columnist and talent manager Ogie Diaz in his latest vlog, "Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update," uploaded on YouTube on May 31.

However, he said that Richard had already separated from Sarah Lahbati before Barbie entered the picture, according to a reliable source.

Ogie clarified that Richard and actress Sarah Lahbati have officially separated, and they are both currently single.

"Richard and Sarah are co-parenting for their two children," he also said.

It was learned that Richard got closer to Barbie only this year.

Ogie's source pitied Barbie, who was being accused by netizens as the cause of the breakup between Sarah and Richard.

But the source told Ogie that Barbie had nothing to do with the split of Richard and Sarah.

On March 1, Sarah confirmed that she and husband Richard have called it quits.

Sarah confirmed this in an interview with MJ Felipe of ABS-CBN News.

"Yeah. I mean, there's nothing to hide. I think it's pretty clear to the public that both of us are (single) or not at all," said Sarah, when asked to confirm that she's single.

When told she's the leader of the singles club, Sarah laughed and answered: "Puwede naman. Ako ang ate nila."

On their two kids, Sarah said: "We share them. We have our own schedule and that's private."

Sarah said her mom is "guiding and helping" her especially when she's taping. "Tumutulong sa akin si mommy and I'm so grateful that she does."

Asked if there's an on-going process of annulment, Sarah said: "No."

The source also said that Richard is still friends with his former girlfriends Anne Curtis and Georgina Wilson.

"Ito ang patotoo ng aming source na hindi nananakit ng babae si Richard tulad ng ibinibintang sa aktor," said Ogie.

"Si Richard, pag may mahal, hindi na nagmamahal ng iba. Alam yan ng mga ex-girlfriend niya.

"Kaya noong time nila ni Sarah, may nabalitaan ka bang No. 2 si Richard? Wala! Hindi porke hindi nagsasalita si Richard, siya ang may kasalanan sa hiwalayan.

"No! Hindi siya nagsasalita anything against Sarah. Kasi hindi naman ang tipo ni Richard ang nakikipag-away sa babae lalo na sa mga nanay ng mga anak niya," Ogie said.

Ogie asked his source if Richard and Barbie were ready to make their relationship public, the source told Ogie: "In due time."
