Seventy-two farmers from Benguet and Baguio City have completed the Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan sustainable agriculture training program of the SM Foundation Inc.

SEVENTY-TWO farmers have completed the Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan (KSK) sustainable agriculture training program of the SM Foundation Inc.
The foundation held a moving forward ceremony at SM City Baguio for the three KSK batches on May 3.
These graduates were from Sitio Liwliw, Barangay Camp 4, Tuba, and Sitio Calamay, Barangay Bayabas, Sablan in Benguet, and Purok 1, Happy Hollow, Baguio City.
They completed a 14-week comprehensive training on sustainable farming and business techniques that equipped them with the knowledge and skills to contribute to local food production and security.
SM Foundation said it continues to empower local communities through the KSK program to strengthen modern agriculture, agripreneurship, and food security.
The SM Foundation, through the KSK program, said they uplift vulnerable Filipino farmers by enhancing agripreneurship and economic opportunities and ensuring food security in communities across the Philippines.
