MAYORGA, Leyte – A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation here on Tuesday, May 7.
CONTRABAND seized from a suspected drug pusher in Mayorga, Leyte.
Police identified the suspect as Romeo Gigor, 40, construction worker, and a resident of Julita, Leyte.
Gigor, who was collared by the Leyte Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit and Mayorga Police in a lodging house here, was No. 4 in the Regional Priority Target List in Eastern Visayas.
The suspect was arrested after he sold two sachets of suspected shabu worth P1,000 to a police poseur-buyer.
Gigor also yielded six more sachets of shabu and a .357 magnum revolver loaded with ammunition,
The suspect is in the custody of the Mayorga Municipal Police Station and faces drug and gun-related charges.
