Members of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) seized a total of P380,000 worth of shabu from four drug peddlers in separate buy-bust operations in Quezon City.

QCPD Drug Enforcement Unit (QCPD-DEU) operatives arrested two drug suspects identified as Erick Josef, 41, a resident of Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City, and Reynaldo, 63, of Baliuag, Bulacan on Mabilis St., Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City at around 11:50 p.m. on Monday, May 6.
Operatives of DDEU launched an entrapment against the two suspects after a concerned citizen tipped off their illegal drug peddling.
Confiscated from them were 26 grams of shabu worth P176,800, a cellular phone, and the buy-bust money.

Meanwhile, operatives of Fairview Police Station (PS 5) apprehended Jayson, 29, and Mark Anthony, 31, in a buy-bust on Valiant St. in Barangay Greater Fairview, Quezon City at around 2:55 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, also based on a tip of a concerned citizen.
A police officer, who posed as a poseur-buyer, successfully bought P7,500 worth of shabu from the suspects.
Police confiscated from them 30 grams of shabu worth P204,000, two black pouches, two cellular phones, and the buy-bust money.
The apprehended suspects will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said.
