The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Monday, May 6, said 1,698 out of 2,975 examinees, or 57 percent, passed the April 2024 Midwife Licensure Examination (MLE).
Judah Paulo Espero from Camarines Sur Polytechnic College- Nabua, had the highest average score of 91.70 percent in the April 2024 MLE.
The examination was held on April 29 and 30 in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

Top performing school
Based on the Commission Resolution No. 2017-1058 series of 2017, the Bataan Peninsula State University-Main Campus (BPSU-Main Campus) is the top-performing school in the April 2024 MLE.
It had a passing percentage of 98.46 percent, where 64 out of 65 examinees from the university passed the licensure exam.

Oathtaking
Successful examinees interested in participating in the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register no later than noon on the day preceding the scheduled oath-taking date. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
For those unable to attend the mass oath-taking, the option to join the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking is available. The schedule will be posted on the official website once confirmed.
To schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph, choose "e-OATH" as the transaction.
Online registration will close five calendar days before the online oath-taking day.
Furthermore, inductees must print the "Oath of Professional" form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, inductees should proceed with the Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
