P-pop group G22 takes China by storm

G22 performs 'Boomerang' in China

P-pop group G22 wowed fans in China and worldwide when they recently appeared on the Chinese reality talent program "Show It All."

Formed and managed by Cornerstone Entertainment, G22 is a three-member P-Pop group composed of AJ, Alfea, and Jaz, The Filipino girl group debuted in February 2022 with the release of their hard-hitting single “Bang."

In China, Cornerstone Entertainment, Inc. Vice President, Jeff Vadillo, introduced the P-pop group to fans who cheered on the talented girls.

"I'm Jeff Vadillo, the producer of the amazing and the beautiful G22. The G in the group name stands for girl power, and 22 is the year the girls debuted.

"G22 is like the color red. Because red represents love. G22 (members) love each other. And most especially, they love their fans. You'll see passion and excellence in everything they do because they believe their fans deserve nothing but the best," said Jeff.

For the opening number, G22 performed their hit song "Bang." Then, for episode 5, "Babalik" and "Boomerang," episode 6.

Tagged as "Female Alphas," G22 was invited by the show on Mango TV to perform their songs in several episodes. EXO’s Lay Zhang produced the program. Backstage, the show's production praised the girls' unique style and G22's amazing vocal talent.

“We are so honored to be invited to participate in this show that celebrates talent. And we are grateful for the opportunity you gave us to share our music with a wider audience,” said Jeff upon receiving the plaque from the show in episode 6.

The other P-pop group who performed on the same talent show was BINI.
