
A civilian and a fire volunteer suffered minor injuries when a fire broke out in Parañaque on Saturday afternoon, May 4.
The Parañaque Bureau of Fire and Protection (BFP) said the fire started inside a residential house in Barangay Moonwalk at around 1:25 p.m. which gutted a plywood storage warehouse that also serves as workers barracks.
According to Senior Inspector Mark Tuto, the fire was raised to the first alarm at 1:46 p.m. and the third alarm at 2:04 p.m.
The BFP said the cause and damage of the fire are yet to be determined by arson investigators.
