Most of us are familiar with the Marvel superhero Iron Man and his suit, which opens with a mechanical sequence at the slightest touch. According to Brian Hontiveros, general manager of Modularity Home, this concept of an “electronic opening system,” similar to what we see in fiction movies and comic strips, has been brought to life and integrated into kitchens through the innovative designs of Valcucine.

“We now have a bigger space that gives us more freedom to actually express the brands and express what we want to present to the market,” shared Hontiveros. “We initially wanted to create like a villa so that people, especially the ones who live close by, here in the Rockwell Centre, and people who live in the villages nearby, have a feel of what Valcucine would look like in an actual home or in a villa.”

The Makati showroom highlights Valcucine's brand by combining design and function, utilizing modern technology in kitchen modules, and pioneering the use of glass in its setups. It also emphasizes Vitrum Arte, one of the brand’s unique customizations featuring a high-tech wood inlay technique. Valcucine’s glass, Vitrum, is made through a thermal tempering process that increases its resistance five times compared to normal glass.
