Illegal drugs seized from 4 suspects, including minor, in Makati buy-bust

Police seized shabu, kush and other illegal drugs from four individuals, including a minor, in a buy-bust operation on Taylo Street in Barangay Pio Del Pilar, Makati City on Tuesday, May 28.

According to the Makati City Police, the operation launched by the police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), led to the apprehension of the suspects identified as "Liit", "Richmon", and "Mata". A child identified as "Ado" was also rescued during the operation.

Liit and Richmon are included in the agency's drug watch list.

Authorities recovered from them P102,000 worth of shabu, P32,200 worth of dried kush or high-grade marijuana, P300 worth of Magic Mushrooms or Shrooms, and P6,800 worth of ecstasy tablets.

The three suspects were brought to the police station for documentation while Ado was turned over to the Women and Children Protection Desk.

The arrested suspects are facing charges for violation of Sections 5, 6, 13, under Art II of Republic Act 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
