The first of the activities is “Tunog Maynila,” a free concert featuring the country's premiere OPM bands and performers. It will be held every Saturday from 4 p.m. onwards.

Manileños may obtain a special access pass (SAP) before entering the concert grounds.

To get the SAP, they must present any government ID as proof of Manila residency and follow any of the SaMa-SAYA sa Maynila social media accounts.

Non-Manila residents can still watch the concert in the open area of the Kartilya ng Katipunan.
