'My Puhunan' set up livelihood programs at ABS-CBN News Grand Kapamilya Summer Fair

Migs Bustos takes viewers on a weekend full of fun activities and acts of service—reliving the happenings during the recent Grand Kapamilya Summer Fair, which also featured the livelihood training programs courtesy of the "My Puhunan" team—this Saturday (May 4) on "My Puhunan: Kaya Mo!"

Last April 27, ABS-CBN News mounted the successful comeback of its Grand Kapamilya Summer Fair, which saw almost 12,000 attendees flock to the Quezon City Memorial Circle for a day filled with interactive programs, public service efforts, and performances from hit Kapamilya stars.

Along with these activities, "My Puhunan" also set up a series of livelihood programs—teaching attendees how to cook and bake that can be used to kickstart their small business, plus imparting knowledge on how to set up an entrepreneurial venture, among other business ideas.

Meanwhile, more inspiring business stories are featured in this Saturday's episode as Karen Davila showcases the success of Casa Juan, makers of Pinoy and world-class quality homeware. Its owner, Michelle Fontelera, shares her humble beginnings, from selling hundreds of pieces online to manufacturing thousands of cutleries, plates, and other dining items showcasing Filipino culture's wonders.
