Cita Astals emotional as she reunites with cast of 'Home Along Da Riles'

"Thank you for the effort of finding me," Cita told the cast.

The stars of the beloved sitcom "Home Along Da Riles" were deeply moved when they saw actress Cita Astals during their recent reunion, a moment that truly touched their hearts and connected them once again.

"Hi everybody!" Cita shouted when she arrived at the venue. Then Claudine Barretto and Valdolph embraced Cita during their get-together, as seen in videos shared by the cast on social media.

"Welcome back, Cita Astals! The family was lost for a while, but now it’s back," said Claudine in her post.

Cita played Hillary Lagdameo, the lady boss to Kevin Cosme portrayed by King of Comedy Dolphy. The series was aired on ABS-CBN from the early 1990s to early 2000s. Dolphy passed away on July 12, 2012.

In the same video, Maybelline Dela Cruz said: "Lahat sila nagtatanong where's Tita Cita. Finally noong nakita ko 'yung reaction nung mga kapatid ko sa 'Home' sila Tita Nova nandoon pa rin 'yung closeness. Nandoon pa rin 'yung warmth ng bawat isa."

"Noong niyakap namin siya, parang kahit na walang salita na lumalabas, naiintindihan namin. Naiintindihan namin siya," said Smokey Manaloto.

Gio Alvarez added: "The family was lost for a while, but now it's back."

"Thank you for the effort of finding me," Cita told the cast.

Nova Villa added: "Ang importante happy tayong lahat. Buo ang pamilya."

"Alam ko na nanonood sa amin si tatay (Dolphy) na ... masayang masaya siya," Claudine said.
