"Nais ko pong batiin ng Happy 38th Wedding Anniversary ang dalawa sa pinakamahahalagang tao sa buhay ko (I want to greet two of the most important people in my life a Happy 38th wedding anniversary)," Rep. Revilla wrote on Tuesday morning, May 28.

His post came with "wedding" photos of the showbiz couple.

"You both taught me the true nature of love, and that led me to the happy married life that I now share with Angel," the congressman said

Rep. Revilla noted that his parents have "gone through so much together", and yet, they "still stayed strong and raised our family up so well".

"You have shown all of us how true love, faithfulness, and God-centeredness can take a relationship a long way.

"I wish both of you more great and happy anniversaries to celebrate. May you always stay happy, healthy, and in love together, Mama and Papa! We love you forever!â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸" he further wrote.
